More than 17 pounds of cast iron provide a solid foundation for pro-level pizza at home. Made by hand from 100% recycled iron, each griddle is cast, sanded smooth and seasoned by John + Liz in our Owego, NY workshop.
Made for high performance cooking. At over 3/8” (10mm) thick, the Pizza Griddle helps regulate oven temp and provides plenty of thermal mass for quickly baking pizzas and artisan breads in your home oven. Induction-ready.
Take it outside. Fits a standard gas grill. Live-fire-friendly
Naturally nonstick. Hand-sanded smooth, and seasoned three times with organic flaxseed oil (Kosher certified), our Pizza Griddles are primed for use right out of the box.
It’s in the details. A subtle rolled edge, low enough to easily accommodate a pizza peel, holds back drips for other cooking styles. The profile provides a finger hold when moving this hoss around. Store it upright on the flat edge or file it with your cutting boards when not in use and it won’t roll away.
