It’s a lid! When flipped over for use as a lid for the Braising Skillet, the Grill's ridges condense moisture for even basting. The two pieces nest together interchangeably.
Naturally nonstick. Hand-sanded smooth, and seasoned three times with organic flaxseed oil (Kosher certified), our skillets are primed for use right out of the box.
Built to last. No glued-on or screwed-on parts. No synthetic coatings to wear away or leach into your food - just iron and oil. Guaranteed not to warp.
